Joseph N. Waller Dies
At Englewood, Colo.
Funeral services for Joseph N.
Waller, a resident of Colorado for
37 years, was held at 9:30a.m. Monday
morning July 27th in St. Louis Catholic
church, Englewood, Colo. A rosary was
held at eight p.m. Sunday at Cline and
Glenn Mortuary. Burial was in Mount
Olivet cemetery.

Mr. Waller died Thursday July 23 at his home,
4577 S. Pearl Street after a short Illness.
He was 65. Joe Waller was the son of
Mr. and Mrs. Wenzel Waller, Sr.
He was born near Seneca, attended school
and took up farming.
In 1902, he married Catherine Schaefer,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Schaefer.
They moved to Ordway, Colorado in 1905
and 15 years later to Stratton. In 1928,
they came to Englewood. Mr. Waller retired several years ago. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus.

Surviving beside his wife are nine children:
Mrs. Henry Fischer, Littleton, Mrs. Fred Simons, Wheat Ridge, Mrs. Tony Strick and Mrs. Joe Strick, both of Kirk, Colo., Mrs. Louise Albertson, Denver, Mrs. Fred Pelton and Mrs. George Sherman, both of Englewood, Pvt. Wenzel Waller, Maywell Field, Ala., and Anthony Waller, Kansas City, Mo.,
and 38 grandchildren.

He also leaves one brother, Peter P. Waller, Seneca, five sisters , Mrs. John J.Aziere , Kansas City, Mo., Mrs. Albert Lierz, Sr., Mrs. Joe Christman, Mrs. Bernard Sack, all of Seneca. Mrs. Conrad Boeding of near Corning.

A brother, John H.Waller, died a few weeks ago. A brother, Wenzel Waller,and a sister, Mrs. Henry Nordhus are also deceased.

His son, Pvt. Wenzel Waller, another son, Anthony,Peter P. Waller , Mrs. Joe Christman, Seneca,and Mrs. Conrad Boeding, Corning were among those attending the service.
