Ralph S. Shough, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Donley Shough, of North West street, died in the Waynesburg hospital, Saturday evening, June 9, of typhoid pneumonia. He had been ill three weeks. He was born near New Freeport, this county, September 16, 1899, but had spent the greater part of his life in Waynesburg. He was a member of the Sophomore class of the Waynesburg high school and was a favorite among his schoolmates. He was a member of the First Methodist Episcopal church and of the Sunday school and Epworth League. Beside his parents he is survived by one sister, Miss Carrie M. Shough.
