Born December 21, 1900 at Job, he was a son of the late Levi White and Luella (White) White.
His wife, Mabel (Jones) White, preceded him in death.
He was a retired coal miner and member of the United Mine Workers, Davis United Methodist Church, American Legion Post 22 of Thomas, and was a veteran of World War I.
Surviving are three daughters, Miss Lucy White and Mrs. Ruby Camel, both of here; Mrs. Charlotte Rager, Canton, Ohio; one son, Robert White Sr., Bruceton Mills; one brother, Paul White, Cheshire, Ohio; one sister, Alpha White, St. Petersburg, Fla.; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received at the Hinkle Funeral Home.
Services will be conducted tomorrow at 10 a. m. in the funeral home by the Rev. Harley Baldwin.
Interment will be in Davis Cemetery.
