She married in Weston, Vermont on June 22, 1898 to Ray Storrs Dowe .
They resided for many years in Medford, Massachusetts, removing in 1937 to Clearwater, Florida. Ray died there May 27, 1957 and Eva returned north to Vermont afterward.
She died February 10, 1968 in Castleton, Vermont, was cremated, and was placed in Gardner Earl, Oakwood Cemetery.
She had three children:

Neal Richards Dowe (1904-1969)
Elsie Mary Dowe (Md. Thomas Haley) (1917-1986)
