Cresencia P. Armijo, age 84, beloved mother, grandmother and sister, passed away at Alta Vista Regional Hospital on Wednesday, July 28, 2006.
Cresencia was preceded in death by her husband, Bonifacio Armijo, her parents, José Pablo and Juanita Armijo Pacheco, a son, Cipriano, a daughter, Irene, brothers, Juan Pacheco, Marcelino Pacheco, José María Pacheco, Trinidad Pacheco and Rafael Pacheco, a sister, Candelaria Sosi, a son-in-law, Juan D. Baca and a sister-in-law, Bernie Trujillo.
Cresencia is survived by six daughters, Rosalia Clark of San Rafael, NM, Erlinda Armijo and Maria Baca both of Las Vegas, NM, Aurora VanDruff and her husband, Michael of Albuquerque, NM, Cris Muldoon and her husband, Richard of Denver, CO and Tina Armijo of Las Vegas, NM, three sisters, Anna María Montoya of Rocky Ford, CO, Margie Sáiz and her husband, Joe of Las Vegas, NM and Dolores Pacheco of Albuquerque, NM, 23 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren.
Cresencia was born in Ocate, NM on July 11, 1922 and was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
A visitation will be held today from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. in St. Francis Chapel at Gonzáles Funerals & Cremations, 2315 Hot Springs Blvd. Services will be held at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Interment will be at San José Cemetery.
