Rose was the daughter of Fred and Frances Meissner. On 05 Sep 1914 she married Harrison William Nepper. It is believed that they did not have any children. Harry died in 1936 and at some later date she married William Roth. They, also, did not have any children. Rose died of lobar pneumonia with cirrhosis of the liver and arterio-sclerotic heart disease as contributory causes. She was 58.
