Jerome J. Jezuit, Jr., age 67, of Lockport, passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox.

He was a longtime active member of St. John the Evangelist Episcopal church in Lockport.

Jerome is survived by his loving daughter, Julie Jezuit.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jerome J. Jezuit, Sr. & Helen Jezuit (Glombowski) and wife, Donna Jezuit (Russell).

Visitation: St. John the Evangelist Episcopal Church, 312 E. 11th Street, Lockport on Sunday, November 24, 2013 from 2:00 p.m. until time of funeral service at 3:00 p.m.
