Leonard D. Redman, 85, of 28871 Route 62 died at 7:05 p.m. Saturday at Salem Community Hospital following a short illness.
Born Sept. 9, 1899, in Salem, he was the son of the late Joseph F. and Anna Oesch Redman.
He was a lifelong resident of this area. He retired in 1964 from the Ohio Edison Co. He was a member of the Damascus Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Margaret Primm on August 2, 1974. They were married March 24, 1921.
A sister and brother preceded him in death.
