Allen Moore, 46, of Newhall, who
died Friday, Nov 12, at his home
following a short illness, were
held Sunday at the Mullins Funeral
Home Chapel in Richlands, with Rev.
Carter Wells officiating. Burial
followed in the Hankins Cemetery at
Richlands.
Born at Newhall, he was a son of
Mrs. Barbara Helton Moore of Wheaton,
Md., and the late John Crockett Moore
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs
Zania McVicker of Phillipi, and Mrs.
Barbara Herrmann of Baltimore, Md.;
two sons, James Danne Moore of Phillipi,
and John Elden Moore of Fort Dix, N. H.;
four sisters, Mrs. Lexie Leigh of Langley
Park, Md., Mrs. Ruth Driggers of Tacoma
Park, Md., Mrs. Mary Feller of Rockville,
Md., and Mrs. Frances Quesenberry of
Wheaton, Md.; two brothers, Orville Moore,
of Newhall and Ralph B. Moore of Petersburg,
Va.; and one grandchild.
Nephews and friends served as pallbearers.
Mullins Funeral Home was in charge of
arrangements.
