Jeffrey Alan Dietrich, 56, of McAllister, passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2013, at Rennes Health Center-East in Peshtigo, WI. He was born August 20, 1957 in Marinette to James and Beatrice (Hill) Dietrich.

Jeff spent his early life in the McAllister area and attended Wausaukee High School. He served for two years in the United States Army and was stationed in Greece. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and watching movies on TV. Jeff was also a watch collector.

He is survived by his parents, Jim and Beatrice Dietrich of McAllister;
seven sisters and brothers: Janice Heagle and Jeanette (Glen) Paul, both of Appleton, WI; John (Diane) Dietrich of Green Bay, WI; Jeanie Thomson and Joie (Steve) Garrigan, both of Oconto, WI; James Dietrich of Spearfish, S.D. and Tom Dietrich of Wausaukee, WI;
as well as many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at Hansen-Onion-Martell funeral home in Marinette after 10 a.m. on Friday, December 6, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday in the funeral home with the Rev. Kenneth Michaelis officiating. Military Rites will be conducted by the Loomis American Legion Post. Burial will be in Tabor Lutheran Cemetery.

Jeff's family extends special thanks to the VA Medical Centers in Iron Mountain and Tomah, the Menominee VA Medical Clinic, Rennes Health Center and all the nurses and doctors who were so kind to Jeff over the years.
