Mrs. Mary Patton Miller, wife of John B. Miller, of Pittsburgh, died at 2:45 a.m., Saturday, August 15, 1942, in the Pittsburgh Hospital.
Mrs. Miller was born and spent her early life in Waynesburg, being a daughter of the late Dr. A. B. Patton, one of Waynesburg's prominent physicians, and Mary Hunnell Patton. She was born June 20, 1881, and after receiving her elementary education in the Waynesburg public schools she attended Waynesburg College. She married John B. Miller, and for several years had resided in Pittsburgh. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church and of the Association of Greene County Women in Pittsburgh.
Besides her husband and one son, John Patton Miller, of Washington, Pa., she leaves one sister, Laura P. Lippencott, wife of W. Russell Lippencott of Washington, Pa., and two brothers, John D. and Harry Patton, both of Pittsburgh.
