NILES - Funeral services for Ralph A. Scudier, 68, 131 Wilson Ave., who died Monday, will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. at the Reese-Wynn-Winyard Funeral Home. Burial will be in Greenhaven Memorial Park, Canfield.

Friends may call at the funeral home this evening. Moose Lodge 627 will conduct services at 8:30 p.m.

Mr. Scudier was born June 16, 1913, in Youngstown, the son of Dominic and Frances DiBacco Scudier.

A resident here since 1946, he was a member of First Christian Church, Moose Lodge 627 and American Legion Post 737 of Lake Milton.

Mr. Scudier was an Army veteran of World War II, and had worked at Copperweld Steel Corp., Warren, before retiring in 1977.

Survivors include his wife, Lucille J. Pollock Scudier, when he married 42 years ago; a son, William E. of Mineral Ridge; his mother of Youngstown; four brothers, John of Youngstown, Albert of Hubbard, Edward of Austintown, Raymond of Reno, Nev.; two sisters, Antionette Scudier of Youngstown, Mrs. Virginia Benedick of Covina, Calif.; and two grandchildren. A sister preceded him in death.
