Blanche A. Martin, nee Nayder, passed away in Santa Rosa, CA on May 6, 2008. Dearly beloved wife of the late Charles V. Martin Sr; loving mother of Charles Martin Jr (Jan), Joyce Varak (late Butch), Fr Thomas Martin, OSA, William Martin (Cindy), Diane Wayland (late Mike), and Denise Martin; adored grandmother of Ben, Beth, Hannah, Dee, Sean and Caitlin; great grandmother of Jordon and Savanna; dear sister of Lorraine and Ben; preceded in death by her daughter Karen Mulcahy, siblings, Joe, Rose, Thomas, Alice and Frank. A native of Chicago, age 90 years. She was a member of St Germaine's Women's Club and the Czechoslovakian Society. Friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass of Resurrection on Monday, May 12, 2008 at 10:30 a.m., at St. Germaine's Church, 9711 Kolin Ave., Oak Lawn, IL, interment to follow at St Mary's Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Sunday, May 11, 200 from 3 to 9 p.m., at Kenny Brothers Funeral Home, 3600 West 95th St, Evergreen Park, IL.
