He and his brother, Ernest, established a Guild Crafts Workshop in Pinsbury Park and at Daneway in Sapperton, Gloucestershire with Ernest Gimson. His works include St. Sophia's in Surrey, Beechanger in Sapperton, Gyde Almshourses in Painswick, and blocks of cottages in Miserden.
