He was born on November 23, 1878 in Shawano County the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Muck. In 1902 he was married to Hulda Pinnow, who died in 1908. He later married Alma Krummrei on October 13, 1917. She preceded him in death on May 24, 1973.
He was a the former forman at Merrill Woodenware and a former employee of Merrill Manufacturing. He was a member of St. Stephen's United Church of Christ, Virginia Falls Lodge 226, Merrill Chapter of Royal Arch Masons, No. 72 and Past Patron of the Eastern Star.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday January 8, 1974 at St Stephen's United Church of Christ. Rev. Dale G. Kuck officiated and burial took place at Merrill Memorial Park.
