Mrs. Sarah Crockett
Mrs. Sarah Crockett, widow of the late Henry Crockett, formerly of Cape Traverse, P.E.I., and more recently of Fillmore, Sask., died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. E.L. Livingstone, Vancouver, on Saturday, and the funeral will be held at Shaver's chapel here on Friday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, Rev. G.A. Dickson officiating.
Mrs. Crockett, who was 79 years of age, was a native of Nine Mile Creek, P.E.I., and came to Fillmore, Sask., with her husband in 1907. She resided there until 1912, when she moved to the coast, where she made her residence excepting for frequent trips over the prairies on visits to relatives in Alberta and Saskatchewan.
Mrs. Crockett is survived by three sons, Geo. F., of Whonock, B.C., L.M., of Lac Vert, Sask., and Dr. J.R., of Toronto, and two daughters, Mrs. Livingstone, Vancouver, and Mrs. E. Bunting, of Qualicum Beach, B.C. She was an aunt of E.H. Crockett, Dominion land agent at Calgary.
