Pauline B. Flanigan, 94 of Pulaski, Tennessee died on Monday, January 6, 2014, at Meadowbrook Nursing Home.
Born Sunday, September 7, 1919 in Bryson, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Samuel Bryan and the late Pauline Watson Bryan. She was a member of Saint Andrews Memorial United Methodist Church. She moved to California at an early age and returned to Bryson after 60 years to be close to her family. She had a great personality and was immediately loved by all. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband: Herbert Flanigan; two sisters: Orlena (Kermit) George, Mary (Robert) Wynne; four brothers: William (Clara) Bryan, Buford (Myra) Bryan, John Bryan, and Bobby (Julia) Bryan; and a niece: Sherry Reynolds.
She is survived by a step-daughter: Dorothy Lea Malcolm of Garden Grove, CA; sister-in-law: Mamie Bryan of Pulaski, TN, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Thursday, January 9, 2014, at Saint Andrews Memorial United Methodist Church located at 831 Mill Street Pulaski, Tennessee with Bro. Moses Han officiating.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Thursday, January 9, 2014, at Saint Andrews Memorial United Methodist Church, Pulaski, Tennessee. Burial will be held in RoseHills Memorial Park in Whittier, CA.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to either Saint Andrews United Methodist Church or to the charity of your choice.
