Curtis was born on November 13, 1917 at Bradford Township, Isanti County, Minnesota to parents, Theodore and Annie (Nordin) Waldhoff.
Curtis is survived by his wife, June; daughters, Linda (Harold) White of North Branch; Robin (Robin) Isakson of Fresno, CA and Jolayne (Jim) Antolik of North Branch; brother, Orlo (Doris) Waldhoff of Cross Lake and sister, Audrey Nelson of Cambridge. Curtis is also survived by his eight grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his son, Scott; grandson, Nicholas Antolik; brother, Glenn and sisters, LaRue, Cleo and Lois.
