CHATEAUGAY – Mrs. Eileen M King, 80, of 21 Lake St., Chateaugay. died Sunday, March 23, 1986, in Alice Hyde
Hospital, Malone. She was born April 29, 1905, in Chateaugay, the daughter of Nelson and Josephine (Jarvis)
Patnode. Mrs. King and her husband had operated King's Grocery on Lake Street in Chateaugay for more than 37 years before their retirement. She was a communicant of St. Patrick's Church in Chateaugay. Survivors include one son, one daughter, one brother, five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren. Her husband Albert King died Feb. 28, 1981. A brother, Marvin Patnode died in 1985, and a sister, Marie King, died in 1958. Calling hours will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Chateaugay Funeral Home. A mass of Christian burial will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at
St. P a t r i c k ‘ s Church, Chateaugay, with the Rev. Paul E. Whitmore celebrating the mats. Burial will be at a later date in St. Patrick's Cemetery. Press Republican March 24,1986
