Professional Football Player. For three seasons (1953 to 1955), he played at the defensive tackle position in the National Football League with the Chicago Bears. After attending Centerville High School in Pennsylvania, he served with the United States Marine Corps during World War II. Upon his return home, he enrolled at William and Mary College where he played collegiate football. While with the Tribe, he distinguished himself as he achieved All-American status twice. Selected by the Bears during the 8th round of the 1953 NFL Draft, he played in 36 career regular season games consecutively. After retiring from football, Kreamcheck served as a longtime policeman with the Chicago Police Department. (bio by: C.S.)
