NEWARK: A funeral service for Amanda Marie Wereley, 25, of Newark will be held at 10 AM on Thursday, February 6, 2014 at Brucker-Kishler Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Wilson Cemetery.
Amanda passed away on January 31, 2014 at Licking Memorial Hospital. She was born on April 15, 1988 in Westerville, OH.
She is survived by her mother and step-father, Patricia and Dale Simpson; a son and a daughter; two step-sisters, a half brother, a half sister; and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her father, Richard L. Wereley.
Amanda graduated from Newark High School in 2007. She attended C-Tech for Cosmetology and STNA. She was currently employed at SharonBrooke Assisted Living. She loved her job and will be missed by her family and co-workers.

Clara Lear Faur (1925-1994)
who was the sister of my father
Harry Lear (1929-2001)
which made her my 2nd cousin.
Though I never met Amanda in person, I was connected to her through social media. I respectfully honor her memory with this memorial because she was my cousin.
