Harold A. Wagner, 61. of Titusville RD 3. president of the Titusville Legion Home Association, at 10 a.m. Sunday at his home following a short illness. Mr. Wagner was a past commander of the Cleo J. Ross Post 368, American Legion, a past commander of Crawford County, a member of Crawford County Vioture 932, 40 & 8 and chef-de-gare passe'. John W. Collins, state department commander of the American Legion, last week presented Mr. Wagner with a 20-year-continuous service pin. He was born in Titusville Feb. 10, 1897, a son of Fred W. and Alberta Staub Wagner. He was married to Kathryn G. Wagner at Carnegie Aug. 16, 1920. He was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ. Surviving are his wife; a son, H. Eugene Wagner of Titusville RD one grandchild and his father, Fred W. Wagner of Oil City. Also surviving are the following brothers and sisters, Mrs. Florence A. Flockerzy and Fred A. Wagner of Oil City, Mrs. Grace A. Purvis of Pittsburgh, Louis A. Wagner of Titusville RD 3. A son, James Frederick Wagner, is dead.
