Cornelia Guion was buried in this cemetery at the time the cemetery was the established San Saba City Cemetery. She lies in an unmarked grave and is listed as such in the 1970 Cemetery Survey by Joyce Capps. The location of her gravesite is not known.
Both of her children are buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Ballinger, Runnels County, Texas.

Mrs. Cornelia T. Guion, mother of Mrs. Dr. Gregg and Judge John I. Guion, died at the residence of Dr. Gregg, on Thursday night, 20th inst., and was buried at the new cemetery yesterday. A large concourse of friends and relatives attended the funeral and burial. (from the San Saba paper)
The above announcement will be read with regret by the numerous friends of the deceased lady in this vicinity, were she long resided and was beloved. She was the estimable wife of the distinguished John I. Guion, who was at one time a partner of S. S. Prentiss in the practice of law. He occupied a very distinguished position in the profession and in the politics of the State. By virtue of his office of President of the Senate, he was for a short time Governor of the State. The deceased was a daughter of Honorable John Hall, formerly of Lebanon, Tennessee, and a sister of Messrs. Robert and William Hall, of Leake County, the latter of whom survives her.
