Survivors include 12 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews. Services are 1 p.m. Monday in Mattox-Bedino West Terre Haute Chapel, with the Rev. Rebajean Armstrong officiating. Burial is in Bethesda Cemetery. Visitation is 9 a.m. until services Monday.
