Dorothy passed peacefully at age 85 at Stella Maris Hospice.
She was raised on Holbrook Street in Baltimore, Maryland and attended St. Paul's School. She worked for Schulte-United, O'Neil's and Hechts. She and her husband Frank raised their family in Essex and later moved to White Marsh.
She was the beloved wife of the late Frank Rutkowski, loving mother of Kathleen, John and Mary Anne. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and her sister in law Eleanor Walters (of Long Island, NY).
