George was married to Katie Margret Caffery. I know by a story told to me by a cousin to my mother in law that she was killed in a car accident in Canada. They were driving a newer vehicle and was run off the road hitting a tree. She had hit her head on the windshield, they took her to a drs in a house, in a nearby town. She waved and smiled at her children and said she would be back soon. She passed away that evening.
