Wounded at 2nd Manassas Aug. 30, 1862. Wounded near Port Royal, Va. Jan. 14, 1863. POW Captured at Winchester, Va. Sept. 19, 1864. Depot Field Hospital, Winchester, Va.. Admitted from field Sept 19, 1864. Diagnosis Gun Shot Wound Knee. Transferred to other hospital Oct. 11, 1864. U.S.A. Hospital West's Building, Baltimore, MD.. Admitted Oct. 19, 1864. Gun Shot Wound Left Leg Slight. Transferred to General Hospital Feb. 19 1865. Sent to Fort McHenry for exchange. Received at Wayside Hospital, Richmond, Va. March 2, 1865. Sent to Howard's Grove Hospital, Richmond, Va. Admitted: March 19, 1865. Richmond fell April 3, 1865. Might have been a POW in Hospital and died there after April 3, 1865.
