TISHOMINGO – Gladys Tynes ""Sis"" Bickerstaff, 85, died Tuesday, March 4, 2014, at Iuka Hospital. She was a beautician and owner of Sis's Beauty Shop and a factory worker. She was 2003 Tishomingo Citizen of the Year. She loved helping with the elections, going to basketball games and going to Tishomingo State Park Senior Citizens. She was a member of Tishomingo Baptist Church.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 6, at Tishomingo Baptist Church with Bro. Robbie Crane and Bro. Todd Cecil officiating. Burial will be in Tishomingo City Cemetery, Tishomingo. Deaton Funeral Home of Belmont will be in charge of arrangements.

Survivors are one sister, Peggy Page; nieces and nephews, Reed McNatt, Stanley Page (Terri), Susan Bonds (Jeff) and Joseph McNatt (Jena); and great-nieces and great-nephews, Morgan McNatt, Cameron Bonds, Anna Brooke Page, Serah Eden McNatt and Micah Page.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Tom Bickerstaff and Gladys Morgan Bickerstaff; a sister, Mary McNatt; and brothers-in-law, Willis Page and Lakeman McNatt.

Pallbearers will be Reed McNatt, Stanley Page, Joseph McNatt, Jeff Bonds, Micah Page and Ric Tiebe. Honorary pallbearers will be Bro. Bobbie Cobb, Troy Dean, Bobby Stanphill, Royce Howie, Billy Mac Parrish, Tommy Cornelius, Claude Kennedy, Tulon Rushing and Larry Webb.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today at Tishomingo Baptist Church and until service time on Thursday.
