Actress. She made her film debut at the age of fifteen in the Federico Fellini's film 'Il bidone' (1955). Later, she attended the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia in Rome. In 1952, he obtained a role in Dino Risi's film 'Povera ma Bella'. The film's success, made her one of the most popular actresses in the Italian film industry. After achieving success, Lorella often played roles as young naive girl, playing this part in a successful comedies series including notably in films such as 'Il Medico e lo Stregone' (1957) by Mario Monicelli starring Vittorio de Sica and Marcello Mastroianni, 'Domenica è sempre Domenica' (1958) by Camillo Mastrocinque, 'Primo Amore' (1958) by Mario Camerini and many others. In 1965, she starred in 'Una Pistola per Ringo' by Duccio Tessari who later became her husband and with whom she had three daughters. In later years, she appeared in several films directed by her husband, including 'Il Ritorno di Ringo' (1965), 'Kiss Kiss ... Bang Bang' (1966), 'Uomini Duri'(1974), starring Lino Ventura and 'Safari Express' (1976). She died at age seventy-three after a long illness that made her blind.
