The rosary for Amelia M. Lourenco, 71 of Tipton will be recited tonight at 8 o'clock in Miller's Tulare Funeral Home. Mass will be said Monday at 10 am in the St. Aloysius and a family Mass will be said Tuesday at 9:30 am in the Church. Burial will be in the Tulare District Cemetery.
Mrs. Lourenco died Wednesday. She was a native of the Azores and had lived in Tipton for four years.
Survivors include a son, Jorge Freitas of Australia; two daughters, Maria A. Toste of Tipton and Mary M Nunes of Tulare; two brothers Jose Martins of the Azores and Americo Martins of Brazil; five sisters, Albertina Simoes of Tulare, Maria Fagundes of Chino, Lurdes Lemos of the Azores and Virginia Rebello and Henriqueta Medeiros, both of Brazil and eight grandchildren.
