Of Galatia Dies
William Irvin, 77, Galatia, a retired coal miner, died at 5 a.m. today at the Pearce hospital, Eldorado.
The body is at the Courtney funeral home awaiting arrangements for the funeral, which will be made by a stepson, Bobby Imhoff, who had gone to Peoria to seek employment, when notified of the death of Mr. Irvin.
A son, William, also resides in Galatia, which is also the home of Ed Irvin, one of three brothers, Herman Irvin, who lives in Arizona and Guy Irvin, are the other two brothers.
