Born Elizabeth C.E.A. Bush, and known to her family as "Lizza", Elizabeth Bush was born and raised in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. In her twenties, she moved to Marion, Ohio. Married to Wallace Parratt, four children were born: Blanche, Zella, Gladys and Etta Vale. Following her divorce from Mr. Parratt, she married Josiah "Joe" Collins, formerly of Kenton, Ohio and then of Toledo, Ohio. Following the death of Joe Collins in 1943, Lizzie married Louis Soldwish in 1944. After Mr. Soldwish's death in 1950, she married Joseph Wilson in 1951. In addition to her late husbands, she was preceded in death by daughter Blanche Parratt Heter, grandson Darwin Goedicke. Survived by daughters Zella Parratt Grubb of Toledo, Gladys Parratt Doll of Green Camp, Ohio, and Vale Parratt Reynolds of suburban Detroit, Michigan, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Lizza lived a full life. Her step granddaughter, the late Jane Cromwell said of her "She was wonderful - and many fun visits."

Of note are her middle initials - used on legal documents, but meaning is unknown today.
