Robert L. Huskey, 52, died Friday in Federal Way, Wash.

He was born Jan. 6, 1953, to Norval and Geneva (Gibson) Huskey. He entered the Children's Home at Twin Bridges in 1955 and left in 1968. He worked for ABC Prestress and Concrete in Billings and then Billings Chrysler Plymouth as a service manager before moving to Casper, Wyo., where he worked for Yellowstone Equipment. He was then transferred to South Illinois where he helped rebuild a store and replace inventory destroyed in a fire. He then worked as a branch manager for Reid Holcomb Co. in Evansville, Ind., and then moved to Indianapolis where he maintained inventory control for all their stores. He then worked for John Deere, Reynolds Construction Equipment and Rudd Equipment in Indianapolis before retiring and moving to Seattle with his sister due to health.

He was preceded in death by his father; a nephew, Wesley Huskey; and a brother-in-law, Larry Kahill.

He is survived by his mother, Geneva Worley, of Meridian, Idaho; brothers, Joe and Lea Huskey of Whitehall, Ronnie Huskey of Big Timber and Jimmy and Maryann Dickey of California; sisters, Joann and Lenny Sunich of Cheney, Wash., Kay Selby of Boise and Barbara Kahill of Federal Way, Wash.; nieces and nephews, Gregory Huskey, Jade Durham, Jenny Selby, Matthew Davis, Alana Young, Lily Hill, Nathan Huskey, Cash Huskey, Mark, David and Randy Dickey.

Memorials: Hospice of donors choice.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. from the Church of the Valley at Twin Bridges with the Rev. Mary Alice McKinney officiating. Interment will follow in the Twin Bridges Cemetery.
