Charles E Allen, 76, of Jellico, died April 16 at his home. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Gladys Pruden Allen. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Stokes Allen, of Jellico; sons, Charles William "Bill" Allen, Lebanon, Ohio, David Scott Allen, of Knoxville, and Steven Zachary Allen of Jellico.
Funeral services were April 18 at Harp Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Danny Kind and the Rev. Steve Morgan officiating.
Interment was at Douglas Cemetery in the Woolridge Community with military honors by the American Legion Honor Guard.
Harp Funeral was in charge of arrangements.
