Stanley was born to the late Henry and Mary Booher on 8 June 1925 in Jefferson County, AR. He was a WWII and Korea War Veteran. He served over Twenty years with the El Paso County Sheriff's Office, retiring as a Captain. He was active in the Masonic Order in Coronado Lodge #1406, where he served as Past Master, as well as in Fabens Lodge #1202. He was a member of the Scottish Rite and El Maida Shrine. He loved fishing, hunting, and golf, and being with his family and friends Graveside Service, with full Military Honor Guard and conducted by a US Army Chaplain, will be held on Tuesday 7 December, 2010, at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery at 1:30 pm. -
