ADELINA "NENA" VILLALOBOS RANGEL, 81, a beloved sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and friend, went to join the Lord and her beloved husband Juan T. Rangel, Monday, November 12, 2007. Adelina, an El Paso native born on August 6, 1926, was a resident of the lower valley and attended Templo La Hermosa Church, Camino a La Salvacion, and Sunshine Community Church.

Nena embraced family and friends with her calm and gentle ways that touched the hearts of many through her beautiful thoughts, selfless concern, and never ending love. Her real achievement in life was the acceptance of Jesus Christ her Lord and Savior. Because of her professed faith in Jesus we rejoice in the sure knowledge of our beloved Mother and is now in peace in the hands of the Lord Jesus Christ.

She was no stranger to the pains of separations while her family members served in the military during times of peace, conflict, and war.
