Beloved daughter of Norm Todd and Carol Todd. A memorial service, close to the time of Amanda's birthday was planned as a celebration of her life. The service was held at Red Robinson Theatre in Coquitlam, B.C.

She is forever missed by her family and many friends.Remembering Amanda Michelle Todd.

Sadly, she passed away on Oct. 10, 2012, at the age of 15. She was a victim of cyberbullying and she ended her life at her home in Port Coquitlam, a city in the province of British Columbia, Canada.

Prior to her death, Amanda had posted a video on YouTube in which she used a series of flash cards to tell her experience of being blackmailed into exposing her breasts via webcam, and of being bullied and physically assaulted. She wrote that she experienced anxiety, depression, and panic disorder due to her experiences of being sexually exploited online and being cyberbullied. Since her passing, Amanda's mother has been an advocate for awareness of cyber bullying. Our thoughts are with Amanda's loved ones.
