SOUTH CHICAGO.

Fred N. Chelins[sic], for the past thirty years a contractor in South Chicago and builder of the old Bowen high school, died at his home, 3102 E. Eighty-third street, at 930 last [sic] evening. Mr. Chelins played a most important part in the building of the World's fair in the building of the World's fair in Chicago. For the past three months he has been ill with pneumonia and complication of diseases. He is survived by his wife and six children, John, Joseph, William, Edward, Mrs. Ella Johnson, and Mrs. J. Fred Sheehey.
