Jacob Waychoff, a highly respected citizen, died at his home in Morrisville, Thursday morning, March 30, aged 7 years, after a two hours illness resulting from a stroke of paralysis. Mr. Waychoff had followed the carpenter trade the greater part of his life, retiring from active work only a few years ago. He was united in marriage with Miss Martha E. Cathers, who with the following children survive: Mrs. Lee Wright, of Canton, Ohio; Mrs. Jennie Jones and Misses Madge and Martha Waychoff, at home. One brother, J. J. Waychoff and a sister, Miss Margaret Waychoff, of near Waynesburg, also survive. The funeral services were held Saturday afternoon conducted by the Rev. Leight Layman. Interment in Oakmont cemetery.
