Son of Daniel and Anita Vigil one of 17 children. After graduating from school in Fort Lupton, he married Judy Hernandez May 1, 1965 in Brighton. He worked in the wholesale floral industry for over 50 years where he packed and delivered flowers. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandkids, bowling and playing slot machines in Black Hawk. Surviving beside his wife were: daughters Lena (Tim) Lippert, Highlands Ranch, and Anna (Carlos) Vigil and Jackie (Jose) Hernandez, Brighton; grandchildren Cherae, Eric, Chase, Lauren, Elicia, Evan, and Ashlyn, as well as six sisters and a brother. He had a kind and gentle heart and a sense of humor that made others want to spend more time with him. Mass of Christian Burial held May 12 at St. Augustine Catholic Church. Tabor-Rice Funeral Home handled arrangements.
