Ray McCoy, 70, of Kenova, WV., passed away Monday, May 19, 2014, at Cabell Huntington Hospital.
Ray was born August 28, 1943, in Crum, WV., a son of the late Ireland and Malinda Hunt McCoy.
He was a retired employee of the Muth Lumber Company.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Ireland McCoy, and one sister, Nina McCoy Larsen.
His survivors include his wife, Lavina E. McCoy, two sons, Danny (Dolly) Crisp and James Ray Crisp, five brothers, Guy McCoy, Jess (Dottie) McCoy, Joe McCoy, Frank (Sandy) McCoy, four sisters, Gay Riley, Fay Staley, Nola (Gary) Martin, Barbara Williams and a host of nieces, nephews and friends that will miss him greatly.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Friday, at the Reger Funeral Chapel, by Amos Prince. Burial will follow in Spring Valley Memory Gardens,Huntington.
