Julia Frances (Kellogg) Mandeville Hall was the daughter of Rev. Israel Herrick and Julia Malvina (Allen) Kellogg. John H. Mandeville was her 1st husband. They were married June 12, 1872. Rev. Edwin Gardner Wallace Hall was her 2nd husband. She was his 2nd wife. They were married May 20, 1903. Rev. Hall died July 26, 1919. He was a minister in the Bay Quinte Conference of Canada and the Genesee Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church. He died July 26, 1919.
