Raymond was born to Frederick Theodore and Evelyn Mae Stalnaker (both deceased) in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force, a father and a follower of Christ. After working as a safety coordinator for various companies throughout his life, he spent his final years as a caregiver for an adult foster care home he ran with his wife. He was a caring, compassionate man who actively wanted to make the world a better place by helping those in need. He is survived by his spouse Heshmat Jaleh Tabatabaei, his three sons, James, Theodore and Jerry, and his sister Bette and her husband Victor Cawoski.
