Lawrence David Wild, 82, of Louisville passed away Sunday, November 4, 2007 at Norton Suburban Hospital. Born on January 5, 1925 in Louisville, KY.
He was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of James Lee Memorial Presbyterian Church, American Legion Highland Post # 201, Moose Lodge #5. He was a retired supervisor for the Kling Co with 30 years of service and a retired employee for Macy"s with 23 years of service.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, a daughter, a son, 2 grandchildren, a great granddaughter, 2 sisters, a brother, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service 10 a.m. Friday with private burial to follow in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation at the funeral home 2-8 p.m. Thursday.
