He was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of James Lee Memorial Presbyterian Church, American Legion Highland Post # 201, Moose Lodge #5. He was a retired supervisor for the Kling Co with 30 years of service and a retired employee for Macy"s with 23 years of service.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, a daughter, a son, 2 grandchildren, a great granddaughter, 2 sisters, a brother, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service 10 a.m. Friday with private burial to follow in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation at the funeral home 2-8 p.m. Thursday.
