Sister Sarah was born Agnes Mary Grundman in Webster, NY the daughter of Henry Grundman and Eva Jacobs. She took the name Sarah when she took her vows with the Order of the Sisters of St. Joseph in September of 1955. Sr. Sarah was in charge of the convent laundry, and would spend hours working in the garden. She is survived by her older brothers Francis and John, older sister Catherine, younger sister Helen, many neices and nephews, and her Sisters in Community. She was down-to-earth, loving, and quick with a smile or a hug. She will be missed.
