Austrian Royalty. Archduchess of Austria, of the Habsburg (Austria Hongaria) Dynasty, also known as Erzsi, Elisabeth Marie of Austria, and Elisabeth Petznek. Daughter of Crown Prince Rudolf of Austria and Stephanie, Princess of Belgium. She was only about six years old when her father killed himself in 1889. In 1902 she married Prince Otto of Windisch-Grätz, and eventually divorced him in the late 1940s. She became known as the Red Archduchess when she married Leopold Petznek, a leftist politician.
