Kathleen L. Dyer, age 59, of Topeka passed away Tuesday, May 13, 2014 in Topeka. She was born May 24, 1954 in Kansas City, Kansas the daughter of Lloyd Copas and Elizabeth Bushey Copas. She worked at Sante Fe/BNSF Railroad in Topeka for 35 years. She is preceded in death by a sister, Jody Givins. She is survived by her mother, Joan Hodges of Topeka; a son, Mike Dyer of Topeka and a grandson, Justin Michael Dyer. Visitation will be Friday, May 16, 2014 from 7:00 8:30 p.m. at the Davidson Funeral Home. She will lie in state Friday from noon 8:30 p.m. Cremation will follow the visitation.
