George T. Dunlevy died at 2:39 o'clock Friday afternoon, at his home, 132 Church place, after an illness of nearly, a year. Locomoter atxia was the disease from which Mr. Dunlevy suffered. He, was taken to the hospital a few weeks ago, but returned to his home about a week before his death. Mr. Dunlevy was born at Lima, Ohio, on Christmas day, 1873, and lacked but a month and a half of completing his 38th year. With his father and other members of the family Mr. Dunlevy came to Canonsburg over 20 years ago.
For many years be was employed in pumping oil wells, but had not been able to work since last March, He Is survived by his wife, Ida (Weaver) Dunlevy, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Weaver of East End, Canonsburg, and by five children. Force C. Dunlevy of Canonsburg is a brother. Sabbath afternoon at 3 o'clock has been set as the hour of the funeral. Burial will be in Oak Spring cemetery.
