Rev. William John Kliber was the son of William F. and Celia (Cuthbert) Kliber. He was the husband of Marynell (Schaefer) Kliber. They were married December 30, 1959. He received a Danforth Grant to Yale University, where he received a Masters of Divinity in 1955 and a Masters of Theology in 1968. He was ordained Deacon in 1953 - ordained Elder in 1955. He was a minister in The Methodist Church/United Methodist Church: Genesee (now Western New York) Conference 1952 F 1955 Montana Conference 1955 Yellowstone Conference before 1975. He served in the US Naval Reserve 1947-1952.
