Harry Weaver, aged 40 years, an employe of the Fort Pitt Bridge Works, died at the Canonsburg Hospital at 3 o'clock Tuesday morning as the result of injuries sustained Monday afternoon when he fell from a traveling crane.
He had stepped outside the cage in which the operator of the crane works, in order to oil the machinery. He was a member of the Greenside Avenue U. P. Church, being treasurer of the Men's Bible class, with which he had long been affiliated. He also held membership in one or two fraternities. He was a son of Mrs. Mary and the late William H. Weaver. Besides his mother he leaves his wife, formerly Miss Myrtle Fife, and two children by his first marriage, Gladys and Edgar William.
